  • Eligible for exchange or store credit within 3 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
    
    
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

  • All bespoke and custom-made pieces are final sale and non-refundable, as they are made specifically to your measurements and requirements.
    
    
  • Alterations can be arranged if there are issues with fit, subject to discussion.
    
    
• Faulty or Incorrect Items:
  
  
  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or correction.
    
    

How to Return
